TAMARACK FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE

RULES:

1. TEAM NAME: All teams must have a name. Once you submit a team name it cannot change for that season, changing logo or photo is O.K.

2. FEES: League fees for 2007 are $40 to be paid on or before draft day. League fees cover, the money awards, cost of website, draft board materials, stationery, trophies and engraving etc...

3. DIVISIONS: The league is comprised of 2 divisions of 5 teams. The divisions are determined according to draft order. The Ditka Division is made up of the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th draft positions. The Namath Division is made up of the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th draft positions.

4. SCHEDULE: 13 regular season games will be played. Teams will play each divisional rival twice and each team in opposite division once.

5. PLAYOFFS: 4 teams will qualify (the top 2 in each division) The semi-finals will be week 14 (1st place will play 2nd place in opposite division) Finals will be week 15.

6. SCORING: Scoring can be accessed by selecting the scoring rules in blue at the top left on this page.

7. DRAFT: All owners are required to attend draft. Draft will be held at league headquarters (31 Tamarack St.) 1 or 2 weeks prior to start of season. We will try to accomodate everyone`s schedule, however with 10 teams, this may not be possible, in the event a team cannot attend, the commish will draft the team. The draft will be 16 rounds. The draft will not snake. A team will be comprised of 16 players, 10 of which will start every week. Maximum starters are as follows: 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 PK, 1 UT (WR, RB or TE), 1 DF (team defense) and 1 HC (head coach). Who a team drafts at what position is up to them, as long as you have enough to start every week. The order of the draft will be determined by the standings at the end of the regular season of the previous year. (e.g. 10th overall will pick 1st, and so on...)

8. KEEPERS: Every team must keep 1 player from the previous year. However, your keeper, cannot be the same 2 consecutive years. Teams will disclose their keeper upon arriving at the draft. This will become the first round.

9. TRADES: All trades are subject to Commish approval. Trade deadline is prior to the start of week 11. Trades can be for next year`s draft picks as well. Use your imagination. In order for trades to be valid, e-mails from both parties must be sent to the Commish (dkroy@nt.net). Where both parties have the same e-mail, a phone call and an e-mail will do. Keepers can also be traded, but they will always return to the draft ( so that teams cannot simply trade keepers every year)

10. ADD/WAIVE TRANSACTIONS: When you waive a player, he will be placed on the waiver wire for 72 hrs, if he clears waivers, he is now a free agent. If you select a player off the waiver wire, he will be awarded according to the waiver order, which is the reverse of the draft order, at the start of the season.

11. TRANSACTIONS/INJURED RESERVE: Every team has 10 acquire transactions for the season. Each team also has two IR positions. Placing a player on the IR allows a team to pick up a free agent to fill that spot, until the player becomes healthy.

12. DEADLINES: For line-ups and transactions is 12 p.m. ET on Sundays, Saturday or Thursday depending on NFL schedule. The league is now set for automatic line-up. If you forget to post your line-up you will have the same line-up as the previous week.

13. AWARDS - $150 to Champion, $50 to runner-up
